    KRAKÓW

    DAY 1 IN KRAKÓW

Started our morning with breakfast at Charlotte’s that many of you told me about :) thanks for the tip! The place was super cozy, but the breakfast was OK. I’m one of those who don’t really like bread and the menu was mostly bread. But for those who like that – that’s the place to be!
After the breakfast we spent like 4-5 hours just strolling around. We went to the ghetto, the jewish area, old town and around Schindlers factory.
We went back to the hotel  when the sun started to set and just veiled for a while before having dinner at a restaurant. I find it pretty hard to find really cozy restaurants here – but your coffeeshops and café’s are amazing and so, so cozy!! Is restaurant Starka or Bistro 11 good? :)

    _________

    • Good restaurant in Krakow in the old jewish part of the city: Zazie Bistro, Warsztat(very tasty soups), Warsztat po polsku(typical polish cuisine), Pesto. Moreover- Moa Burger(Mikołajska 3- near by the market squere), Pizza Garden(Konopnickiej 11/1)- best pizza ever ;) Enjoy! :)

    • If you want to eat something good I recommend: Konfederacka 4- it is not easy to find but it is worth it. Also Papryczki 5, Plac Nowy 1, Nova, Dynia, Boscaiola have delicious meals. If you want to eat a snack or drink coffee I recommend Sempre cafe (it is very peaceful place) or Botanica – they both are on the same street. If ypu will be there check Cupcake Corner Bakery – there you will find a cupcake called “orzechowa muffinka” – it tastes like peanut butter. Near Sempre there is Cafe Spokój – there is really good tea and coffee – ypu can also play board games there. La Petite France and Camelot ate on the same street – św. Tomasza – O recommend both places, especially Camelot, you can really relax there. If you have some more time go visit Forum – it is very popular place in Cracov – you can eat there the best Parma pizza (it is really good with Fortuna beer – tale the cherry one), you can also buy there clothes – when the weather is good you can lie/sit on deckchair. You can also check Świnka near Forum – they have really good coffee and chocolate cake. Have a nice trip ;)

    • OMG! You should come to Warsaw as well! Krakow is beautiful, but there are no such great places as in Warsaw. But if you are already there, then maybe you should try to visit (mostly restaurants):
      FORUM PRZESTRZENIE
      BAR MIEJSCE
      PAUZA IN GARDEN
      BUNKIER SZTUKI
      ZAZIE BISTRO
      FABRYKA SCHINDLERA – museum
      POD NORENAMI – vegan bistro
      Studio qulinarne
      Zakładka
      Wine bar Lipowa 6 F

If you’ll be in Warsaw, then let me know – I can give you some advices what you must see!

      Best!

    • If you want to dine in the most cozy place you’ve ever been, the place where kings and queens had eaten, try to eat polish cuisine prepared in a modern way by the best chefs and take some incredibly breathtaking photos of the whole interior…GO FIND RESTAURANT CALLED ‘WIERZYNEK’. It’s near the sukiennice! Byeee ?
